Warm reception on arrival and great comms, prior and during our stay. The hotel seems to genuinely care about their customers and made every effort to ensure our stay was a good one. The hotel is centrally located in Canterbury, making most attractions within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with shops and public carparks. NB. The hotel does not have its own car park, but it's within walking distance from the railway stations and the station carparks, which we found to be cheaper and allow overnight parking. We parked at Canterbury West Station carpark and paid £15 / day. We only stayed 1 night, so if staying longer, you may be better using one of the parking apps that finds private spaces at a much cheaper cost.

Excellent location right in the centre. There is no parking on site but it’s not too too far away. The smell when you walk in is just lovely, I personally appreciate things like that. The staff were great especially at breakfast! I rate them. Compliment specifically to Poppy (I asked and was told her name). She was fantastic. I asked so many questions and she knew the answers or went to find them out. Honestly made a HUGE impact on my perception of the whole experience. She deserves a reward for her attitude and commitment to her job. 10/10 Generally was very pleasant and the staff are all really nice people!!!

The location was perfect smack in the middle of the city and all the attractions, clean and modern, perfect for a short stay. Car parking is a real issue in Canterbury, but with this hotel parking is a stone throw away at Whitefryers, we parked in the central car park £30 for 24hrs it cost a little more but so easy. All the main shops are a minutes walk away. Christmas is a special time in Cambridge great experience, if you are looking to eat out book in advance. Bar next door to the hotel top notch, get glammed up. Really worth a trip. Thanks to all the team at the Hilton who made our stay so pleasurable.

The staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. We liked the room as the beds were very comfortable and the shower was very good. It was also very quiet in the room even though there were lots of guests in the hotel. The location was excellent as we wanted to explore Canterbury and we could just walk out of the hotel into the town. We were able to return to the hotel for a while and then go out again for an evening meal. This all made our visit to Canterbury really easy.

Great location on a pedestrianised street in the heart of Canterbury, The only draw back of this is the expensive car parking in the nearby pay and display, although apparently it would have been much cheaper to park in the park and ride and get the bus into the city. The room was spacious for a city hotel, comfortable bed and sofa, lovely big shower and good size bathroom. Buffet breakfast with lots of choice of different food included in the room rate.
